Refunds and Returns

We are pleased to offer a full refund if you change your mind, provided the products have not been dispensed. Kindly email us at [email protected], including your order number and delivery address, and we will initiate the refund process.

Once the medication is dispensed, it is labeled and packed specifically for you. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after dispensing due to legal regulations surrounding prescription medication. If you’ve received your order and decide to return it after dispensing, we cannot process a refund.

Orders may be processed and dispensed on the same day as placement. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment card.

Please note that Westbury Weight Loss does not manufacture any medicines; we only dispense products licensed in the UK. Refunds are not applicable based on efficacy or if the weight loss results do not meet your expectations. Due to possible side effects associated with medication, we cannot offer refunds in such cases. To avoid discarding medication, especially if you’re uncertain about tolerance, consider ordering the smallest quantity initially. Prescription-only medication cannot be returned or refunded due to legal regulations governing the sale and supply of medicines.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive a faulty device/pen, contact us immediately within 24-48 hours by emailing [email protected]. You’ll be required to return the unused pen to the pharmacy using recorded/tracked delivery, with a description of the fault. We’ll open a case with the manufacturer for investigation, and if confirmed faulty, the device will be replaced free of charge. Please note that this process may take up to 6 weeks.

Report any faulty pens within 45 days of receiving your order; after this period, replacements will not be provided.

Do not send any products, medication, or pens back unless specifically instructed. We will not be liable for issuing refunds for returned items unless requested in writing via email.

Side Effects and Efficacy of Medication:

Westbury Weight Loss does not manufacture medicines but only dispenses UK-licensed products. No refunds will be issued based on efficacy or unmet weight loss expectations. Possible side effects, whether listed or not by manufacturers and the UK regulatory body (MHRA), do occur. By ordering medication, you acknowledge these possibilities and agree that Westbury Weight Loss is not liable for any refunds based on efficacy or side effects.

If you receive the wrong order, email us immediately at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery for investigation and resolution.

Non-Reception of Products:

Products are shipped via tracked services, and you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS. If your shipment goes missing, you’ll have the option of a full refund or replacement once confirmed by the courier.

If the courier attempted delivery unsuccessfully or due to an incorrect shipping address, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Ensure someone is available to receive your order. Contact us within 7 days if you haven’t received your order for timely investigation.

Delivery Disputes:

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, inform us on the expected delivery day. We will contact the courier to initiate an investigation, typically taking 6 working days. You may be sent a claim form during this process. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the courier concludes their investigation.

They will explain the treatment plan and what you can expect over the coming months
